Before you claim the payment
Once the app is installed, log in with your Digital ID, open the Offers tab, and follow the Fuel Support Payment prompts. You will need your WA driver's licence number and Australian bank account details. Our step-by-step claiming guide covers each screen.
Claims are open from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. App claims are typically paid within 5–7 business days.
